I Love Smoothies

The reason for this Blog is simple, it is to introduce my readers to the job of the smoothie.

I have developed a passion for smoothies since visiting health conscious friends in California some five years ago: they are a great way to start the day, to have a break during the day, and a great way to unwind after a hard days work.

The summer fruits smoothies are typically made from are packed full of vitamin C and antioxidants, great protection against free radicals, as well as providing fibre and upping your daily fruit intake to the recommended five portions – but I’d better stop here this is not a health blog

Magazines and recipe books will tell you that the best smoothies are made from fresh in-season fruit. But I have to be honest and say that coming from Ireland where we have a relatively short summer season, I find that good quality frozen fruit is just as tasty. I’ll leave others to argue over the difference in health benefits.

I’ve got to the stage now where I’m not afraid to experiment with my smoothies, it is really a matter of trying to balance tart and sweet fruit, plus fibre-rich bananas, mangoes and pineapple with watery fruit like strawberries, kiwi fruit and oranges. Add yoghurt for creaminess and calcium. If it is a really hot day, or you just fancy something really cool try ice cubes for extra chill, but only if your blender has strong enough blades; otherwise try and get your hands on some crushed ice.

I have a real treat in store for you. Over the next four days I’m going to give you my eight favourite recipes (that’s two a day). Here is what you are going to get.

  • Strawberry, Orange Juice and Kiwi
  • Creamy Raspberry, Mint and Yoghurt
  • Blackcurrant and Blueberry
  • Gooseberry, Elderflower Cordial and Yoghurt
  • Strawberry, Blueberry and Raspberry - Very Berry
  • Peach, Nectarine and Apricot
  • Mango, Banana and Orange Juice - the Fibre Provider
  • Three-melon Smoothie
And we are going to start tomorrow off with:
  • Creamy Raspberry, Mint and Yoghurt
  • Strawberry, Blueberry and Raspberry - Very Berry

Childhood Protection Software

There are many types of Childhood Protection Software that you can download right now on to your child's computer. I've carried out a review of what I believe is one of the best on the market today PCTATTLETALE I plan to carry out other reviews within the next ten days. Please call back.

The most important point of this blog is to have a good Childhood Protection Software installed on your computer. No Ifs No Buts your child's safety is to important.

Any decent Childhood Protection Software will help monitor what your children are doing online and whom they are talking to. You need to know what websites your children are visiting, or if they have put their picture up online on many of the social network sites that are so attractive to them. All of these action are opening them up and making them vulnerable to predators.

Imagine what your attitude would be if you learned that a complete stranger was meeting and talking to your child every day after school!! I'm sure you would take steps to stop the contact. Well there could be strangers talking to your child every day online and you need to know.

Even though the dangers are great there is absolutely no sense in saying to your child 'you can't use the internet, it's to dangerous.' You might as well say 'you can't go outside there are to many cars you might get knocked down.' Teach your child how to be safe online just as you teach it how to be safe on the road.

Please get yourself decent child protection software you can download the software now though THIS LINK or buy a copy at your local computer store. Don't leave it until it is to late

DVD Copy Software

DVD movies are now one of the most popular forms of home entertainment. Their small size makes them perfect for storage, travel, and collecting.

Unfortunately, their small size also makes them fragile, vulnerable to scratches, and easy to lose. This is why many companies have created solutions so you can save your DVD collections.

One of the most popular ways of protecting your DVDs is by using DVD Copying Software. Since there are many different types of DVD Copying Products (DVD Dupliactors, DVD Burners, DVD Tools, etc), Worldwide Infomedia Services has reviewed three of the most popular DVD Copying products to make your decision easier. I've reviewed three of the best and you can find out what I have to think by clicking on the links below:

DVD Copy Pro - Gets our number one vote because of its simplicity to use
EZ DVD Copy - a great piece of gear beaten into second place because it is not just as easy to use as other products of this type.
Quick DVD Copy -it's a pity there has to be a third place but his is a great piece of software letting you copy your old VHS tapes to disk. Given third place because their website didn't meet our standards

Please know that copying DVD movies that are copyrighted or copy protected is considered illegal in most countries. Worldwide Infomedia Services is not recommending or promoting that you use of DVD Copying Software for anything other than copying your home made DVD movies.

These products are all downloadable IMMEDIATELY online so that you don’t have to wait for the product or deal with the hassle of shipping and handling. Also, each product carries a full 60 day money back guarantee. What does that mean? If you buy the product and find it unhelpful, for any reason, then you get your money back – so what do you have to lose?
